Isn't it sad?
Sweet Serenity often finds herself
caught between even sweeter dreams
and profound premonitions.
Can she tell the difference between the two
anymore?
No of course she can't.
Her poor dumbstruck mouth opens black,
opens wide,
there aren't any stars in that night sky.
She's sweet, it doesn't mean she's smart.
Maybe it shouldn't be this way,
but these are just the way things are.
