"How About I Love You Instead?"

I tragically remembered I don't know how to read.
Or write for that matter.
Obviously this wouldn't be a problem otherwise
but,
This realization as they always seem to, came
at
the
most
inopportune time.
I wanted to write you something sweet.
You see I've gotten this thought into my head that
it sure would be something if I could make your heart pound.
If I could only make your heart skip a beat.
So how about an I love you instead?
Oh I can't imagine you'll love me now
that you know I never learnt how to read.
